Frendcastle was formed in 1972. For the last four decades, the company has concentrated on high quality, low volume development within outer London and the commuter belt. We combine long established experience in our development catchment area with a detailed understanding of the current market and the requirements of today’s buyers.

Frendcastle offers a wide range of skills spanning all areas of property development and customer care.

Our projects cover bespoke house building, residential apartments, office developments, marinas and leisure schemes.

Our Approach

We are highly selective in where we develop. We focus on sites with intrinsic merits and attractive surroundings, such as water frontage or parkland, as well as good accessibility and close proximity to public transport, shops and amenities. All of our sites contain either interesting historic buildings for conversion or redundant buildings for new build development.

We target places where the end sale prices are affordable for home buyers.

On every project, we provide a two year guarantee to sort out any defect in a new home.

This is coupled with a 10 year building warranty from NHBC or equivalent warranty provider to insure against any structural building issues.

Land Opportunities
