• Collecting deposits and rents
• Making regular payments to landlord with full statements
• Carrying out repairs, cleaning, redecoration etc, and making relevant payments from landlords' client account
• Arranging Energy Performance Certificates
• Administering regular out-goings such as service charge and insurance costs
