  • Appraising rental levels
  • Select tenants and taking up references
  • Preparing tenancy agreements/leases
  • Collecting deposits and rents
  • Making regular payments to landlord with full statements
  • Arranging repairs, cleaning, redecoration etc, and making relevant payments from landlords' client account
  • Arranging and paying for regular out-goings such as service charge and insurance costs

We have an experienced maintenance team and extensive contacts in the building trade which means we respond rapidly to all repair, maintenance and cleaning requirements.
